I do woodworking as a hobby and mainly in the colder months. Summer is busy with camping, doing projects on our acreage, and just too hot in the garage. After developing software in the fast-paced world of technology all day, I find woodworking as a nice way to relax, wind down, and work with my hands. My skills have progressed throughout the years and I considered myself an intermediate woodworker. I have done a wide range of projects for our house but also build custom furniture for others. One thing is I don’t set deadlines – that way I can work when I feel like it and not because I have to “get it done”.
